VYRA — Terms & Conditions

Last Updated: 30 August 2026

 Welcome to VYRA. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VYRA mobile application, website, services, features, and related software (“VYRA” or the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, purchasing, or using VYRA, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. About VYRA

VYRA is a video-editing application that provides tools for creating, editing, processing, and exporting video and other media content.

Certain features may require a paid purchase before they can be accessed.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into an agreement under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use VYRA only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. User Accounts

Some VYRA features require you to create or sign into an account.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity occurring through your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and not impersonate another person or attempt to access another user's account without authorization.

4. Lifetime Access

VYRA may offer a one-time purchase that provides lifetime access to designated premium features.

At the time of publication, the VYRA lifetime-access price is ₹599, unless another price is displayed to you before purchase.

“Lifetime access” means access for the operational lifetime of the applicable VYRA product/service. It does not guarantee that VYRA, every feature, third-party integration, or particular version of the application will remain available indefinitely.

Features may be modified, replaced, improved, or discontinued where reasonably necessary for technical, security, legal, operational, or business reasons.

5. Payments

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay.

VYRA does not require you to provide your UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password directly to VYRA.

Payment processing may be subject to additional terms and privacy practices of the applicable payment provider, bank, UPI application, card network, or other financial institution.

Premium access will be granted only after the payment has been successfully confirmed through our payment-processing and verification systems.

A pending, cancelled, unsuccessful, failed, reversed, fraudulent, or otherwise unverified payment does not entitle a user to premium access.

6. Refunds

Unless otherwise required by applicable law, purchases of digital access may be non-refundable once the purchased access has been successfully activated or substantially provided.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced a technical payment problem, contact VYRA support with the relevant transaction information.

Nothing in this section limits any refund, cancellation, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.

7. Media and User Content

VYRA may allow you to import, edit, process, save, and export videos, audio, images, and other content (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use content imported into VYRA.

You must not use VYRA to create, distribute, or process content in violation of applicable law or the rights of another person.

8. Device Permissions

VYRA may request device permissions necessary for features you choose to use, including access to photos, videos, audio, files, storage, camera, or other relevant functionality.

The permissions requested may vary depending on your device, operating system, and the features you use.

You may manage many permissions through your device settings, although disabling a required permission may prevent certain VYRA features from functioning.

9. Acceptable Use

You may not use VYRA to:

  • violate applicable laws or regulations;
  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
  • distribute malware or malicious code;
  • interfere with or attack VYRA's infrastructure;
  • circumvent payment or access-control systems;
  • reverse engineer or exploit VYRA except where applicable law expressly permits it;
  • obtain unauthorized access to another person's account or data; or
  • use the Service for fraudulent or deceptive activities.

We may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary to address abuse, fraud, security risks, or serious violations of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

Except for User Content and third-party materials, VYRA and its software, branding, interfaces, graphics, designs, functionality, and other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to the operator of VYRA and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing VYRA does not transfer ownership of VYRA's software or intellectual property to you. It provides a limited right to use the applicable Service in accordance with these Terms.

11. Updates and Changes

VYRA may release updates, improvements, bug fixes, security patches, and new functionality.

Certain updates may be required to continue using the Service securely or correctly.

We may also modify these Terms from time to time. Where appropriate, material changes will be communicated through the app, website, or another reasonable method.

12. Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

VYRA may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, updates, server issues, third-party outages, network problems, security incidents, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VYRA is provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that every edit, export, effect, third-party service, device, file format, or feature will operate without interruption or error in every circumstance.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VYRA and its operator will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of or inability to use the Service.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important media and project files.

This section applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Termination

You may stop using VYRA at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of fraud, abuse, security threats, unlawful activity, or material violation of these Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of India.

Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws, disputes relating to these Terms or VYRA will be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

VYRA — Privacy Policy

Last Updated: 30 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how VYRA collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use the VYRA application, website, and related services.

By using VYRA, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

1. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you use VYRA, we may process information such as:

Account Information

This may include your name, email address, account identifier, profile information, authentication information, and account-access status.

Payment Information

When you purchase premium access, we may receive transaction-related information such as:

  • payment/order identifier;
  • transaction status;
  • amount;
  • currency;
  • purchase status; and
  • purchase date/time.

Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Razorpay.

VYRA does not need to store your UPI PIN, card PIN, or banking password.

Device and Technical Information

We may process technical information reasonably necessary to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Service, such as app version, operating system, device information, error information, and network-related information.

Media and Files

VYRA may request access to videos, photos, audio, or files on your device when necessary to provide editing, importing, exporting, or related functionality.

The exact handling of media depends on the feature being used. Where processing occurs locally on your device, the media does not need to be uploaded to VYRA's servers merely to perform that local operation.

If a particular feature requires server or third-party processing, users should be informed where required before that processing occurs.

2. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

  • create and maintain accounts;
  • authenticate users;
  • provide VYRA functionality;
  • process and verify purchases;
  • restore previously purchased access;
  • prevent payment fraud and unauthorized access;
  • provide customer support;
  • diagnose crashes and technical problems;
  • secure VYRA and its infrastructure;
  • comply with applicable legal obligations; and
  • improve the reliability and functionality of the Service.

3. Payments

VYRA may use third-party payment processors such as Razorpay to facilitate purchases.

Payment providers may collect and process payment information according to their own terms and privacy policies.

VYRA's backend may communicate with the payment provider to create payment orders, verify transactions, prevent fraudulent access, and determine whether a purchase was successfully completed.

4. How We Handle Your Videos and Media

Your videos, photographs, audio, and other media remain yours.

VYRA does not obtain ownership of your media merely because you import or edit it using the application.

Where editing is performed locally, media may remain on your device.

VYRA may require temporary access to files selected by you to provide the editing functionality you request.

We do not sell your personal videos or media.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share limited information with service providers where reasonably necessary to operate VYRA, such as:

  • payment-processing providers;
  • hosting/database infrastructure providers;
  • authentication providers;
  • analytics or crash-reporting providers, if used; and
  • other technical providers necessary to deliver requested functionality.

We may also disclose information where required by applicable law, legal process, or to protect VYRA, its users, or others from fraud, abuse, or security threats.

We do not sell personal information to advertisers.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.

However, no internet-connected service or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

Users should protect their account credentials and immediately report suspected unauthorized access.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including providing accounts, maintaining purchase records, preventing fraud, resolving disputes, and satisfying legal obligations.

Some transaction records may need to be retained even after account deletion where required for accounting, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

8. Account and Data Deletion

Users may request deletion of their VYRA account and associated personal information, subject to information we are legally or operationally required to retain.

Deletion requests can be submitted through:

Email: [YOUR SUPPORT EMAIL]

You may be required to verify ownership of the account before a deletion request is processed.

9. Children's Privacy

VYRA is not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law.

Where parental or guardian consent is legally required, the Service should only be used with the required authorization.

If we learn that information was collected contrary to applicable child-privacy requirements, we will take reasonable steps to address it.

10. Third-Party Services

VYRA may integrate with third-party services.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and their data-processing practices may differ from ours.

11. Your Rights

Depending on applicable law and your circumstances, you may have rights concerning your personal information, including rights to request access, correction, deletion, or information about how your data is processed.

Requests can be submitted through the contact information below.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when VYRA's functionality, legal obligations, or data practices change.

The updated version will display a revised “Last Updated” date.

Material changes may also be communicated through the application, website, or another appropriate method.
